At Bella Casa Floral Design, We custom design your arrangements for delivery on the day you select. We are a local flower shop located in Dix Hills, and deliver same day to the surrounding areas listed on our site. Our service to you as our customer, is to help you select the appropriate arrangement or gift for any occasion. If you would like to special order an item which is something that we usually don't carry on a daily basis, please call us at least a week ahead of time so we can order it for you. Depending on the item, we may not be able to get something that is out of season, so please bare with us for we will try our very best to find it for you. We pride ourselves on customer service, as we think it is very important in becoming a local flower shop you can depend on. Our staff will make it easy for you to send flowers online, or tell you the best way to send flowers. If there is any problem with your gift, please call us within 24 hours and we will replace as soon as possible, We are open 6 days a week Monday -Saturday, Sundays 10-3pm. Located at 482 Deer Park Avenue in Dix Hills, we are open later during the busy holiday seasons.
